The residence "Palmera" is well-designed with a beautiful L-shaped archgallery around half of the house and a direct acess to the garden. "Patio" has a large bedroom with full-size bed, a breakfast kitchen which recives the morningsun, bathroom with shower and a big living room with television (SAT) and bookshelf.

Of course here too a free internet acess is made available. "Palmera" shares a collective washing mashine  and a dryer for the winter months with "Jardin" in a separate house. Like every residence there are additional blankets for the winter. "Palmera" has a wood burning chimney.
