VILLA ALONDRA

The semidetached property Villa Alondra is situated on a small hill on the verge of the city Conil. Walls and cypress hedges sourround the 1.600 m2 garden. There, next to palms, pine-trees and diverse fruit-bearing trees, grow hibiscus, jasmine, oleander and other bloomer bushes. The residences "Palmera"  and "Cielo" are arranged In one part of the house, next to a small bureau,, while on the other side stand "Jardin" . The residences area between 85 and 110 m2. They are generous-designed  and well seperated from each other (!) That means the guests can get in contact or seel solitude as they wish. Each residence has either a seperate   terrace with a lovely garden view or an own balcony with a beautiful ocean view. All three residences are comfortable and individually furnished in a moorish style.

A small supermarket is close to the Institute. Major shopping centers are within comfortable  walking distance. The beach is within a 1 minute walking distance. To one side one has a long wide beach and to the other side there is a coast with a lovely small bay for swimming and bathing.

Most of the year vistors enjoy  a nice and quiet working atmosphere. Only at the Easter Holidays and in July and August many spanish vacationists  add a different flair to the surrooundings . Some beach bars and retaurants are open all year. Since Conil doesn´t live on tourism alone , it is also friendly off-season. The next airport is in Jerez, about 60 km away from Conil. There ist a  public transport via Cadiz. Private pick-up service is possible.
